Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing and handling. Most orders are processed during this time frame. During Major Sales or Holiday time this processing may take a little longer. USPS overnight orders placed before 12PM (EST) are processed same day. We do not process orders on Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on the next business day. If Monday falls on a holiday, then it'll be processed the next business day.
To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS).
We offer free USPS shipping on all domestic orders within 4-7 business days.
PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS 1-2 DAY
All express shipping orders confirmed before 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the same day. One Day orders confirmed after 2:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed on Saturday before 10:00 A.M. EST will be processed on the same day. If placed after that it will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays). This is the only money back guaranteed form of shipping.
PRIORITY MAIL 2-4 DAYS
All Priority orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same day. Priority orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Priority orders placed on Saturday before 10:00 a.m. EST will be processed same day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after that will be sent the following business day. Priority Mail 2-Day comes with a tracking number and includes up to $50 in shipping insurance. This form of shipping should make it within 2-4 business days after the package has shipped but is not guaranteed.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO ORDERS
Once Orders are placed they are put in productions and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations to orders. Please review your order before it is placed to ensure accuracy.
UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGES
Packages returned with failure delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, cancelled after shipment, etc.) will incur a $5 restocking fee. Restocking fee will be applied to the final refund amount.
All orders with missing item(s) must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the package.
LOST OR UNRECEIVED PACKAGES
In the unlikely event your package is lost or unreceived by the USPS you'll need to file a claim as soon as possible. Every order we ship is insured up to $50 with USPS Priority and $100 with USPS Priority Express.
- Xeeonix Clothing is NOT responsible for lost or unreceived packages.
- Xeeonix Clothing will NOT file an insurance claim on your behalf.
- Credit card chargebacks and PayPal disputes made due to lost or unreceived packages will be handled with the fullest extent of the law.

2022 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
If you made your purchase on or after Mars 1, 2022, then you qualify for our extended holiday returns. We will accept returns for the holidays that were purchased on or after Mars 1, 2022. Holiday returns may be returned up until december 15th 2022 for online store credit as long as it follows our other return criteria.
To Make Your Return
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the item.
- Returns are issued in the form of ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Include a copy of the invoice with the items circled that you are returning.
- Once we receive the merchandise and process your return we will email your store credit to the email address on file or noted on the return form.
- Exchanges: Due to the limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange. Therefore, no exchanges are offered.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance Sale" cannot be returned. (i.e. Deal Of The Weak or items permanently marked down.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged item(s) due to carrier error from USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc.
- We recommend purchasing tracking and insurance on all returned item(s).
Un-deliverable / Refused Packages
Packages returned with failure delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, cancelled after shipment, etc.) will be held until you contact us. If you would like us to reship your item you must call and arrange payment for the item to be shipped to you again.
Incorrect / Defective Item / Missing Item
In the event that an incorrect/defective item is received, the customer should contact us within 3 days of delivery of your items, so we can resolve the issue. All defective items will be thoroughly inspected and determined by xeeonix. We will request photos of the defective item before we authorize the return. xeeonix is not, under any circumstances, responsible for "worn" damages (washing/drying, wear and tear, stretching, fading, etc). Any returned merchandise with obvious signs of wear will be refused and returned to the customer expense or charged up to 50% restocking fee.
- Please contact us to arrange for us to correct the issue.
- If Applicable-Eligible defective item(s) will be shipped out a replacement 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
- If defective/incorrect item(s) are not available to ship you can choose a replacement.
- PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS BACK WITHOUT BEING APPROVED BY US. THESE DAMAGED RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.
Products must be
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached
- If you return items that have been tried on and they have makeup on them, the will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.
